Open Outlook
Click the button on the left to open Outlook in a new tab.

Click the gear icon in the top right.

Junk email
Open Mail → Junk email → Safe senders and domains.

Add address
Click 'Add', paste our email, then press Enter.

Save
Click Save at the bottom. You're done!

You're all set 🎉
Their emails will now reach your inbox.
