Whitelist a sender in Apple Mail (macOS)

Open Mail on your Mac.

Step 1 — Open Mail

Locate one of our messages.

Step 2 — Find our email

Right-click our email address in the From: header.

Step 3 — Right-click sender

Choose 'Add to Contacts' from the menu.

Step 4 — Add to Contacts

We're now whitelisted in Apple Mail.

Step 5 — Done

Their emails will now reach your inbox.
