Whitelist a sender in Apple Mail (iOS)

Open the Mail app on your iPhone or iPad.

Step 1 — Open Mail

Tap one of our emails to open it.

Step 2 — Open our email

Tap our name/email at the top of the message.

Step 3 — Tap the sender

Tap 'Add to VIP' — or 'Create New Contact'.

Step 4 — Add to VIP

Our emails are now flagged as important.

Step 5 — Done

Their emails will now reach your inbox.
